Return & Refund Policy
Return, refund, or replacement requests only can be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Here are steps to process return or replacement:
Step1: please contact our customer service: service@urcosplay.com, list items and reason that would like to return or replacement, then we will determine whether items can be returned for a replacement or refund according to the return policy.
Step2: Once confirmed, please return items to the address we provided.
Step3: After receiving and checking the items, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Please Note:
- Only accessories, wigs, and standard-size costumes can be return, custom-made items can not be returned.
- Items have to be in original and good condition. Worn, used, stained, animal hair attached or altered items can not be returned.
- Ifthe return or exchange due to customer reason, customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fee.
- For faulty or wrong items, we will responsible for return & replacement
